Domestic Shipping Rates range from $9.99 to $22.99 (Canada Post Expedited/Canada Post Xpresspost) - shipping charges will be calculated and available at checkout.
$3.50 - Letter-Mail (Canada Post Shipping - no tracking or insurance).
$8.00 to the USA (Small Packet - no tracking or insurance).
$20.00 to the USA (Tracked Packet).
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Expedited and Xpresspost shipping methods will have tracking and insurance ($100) included. Should you wish to add extra insurance please contact me for a quote. ** Please note that I cannot make any assurances for Canada Post and their shipping times and I do not offer refunds for delays in shipping beyond my control.
Letter-mail can only be used on items 2cm thick or less. Please note that shipping by letter-mail does not include tracking or insurance.
You will receive shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (if applicable).
Mama May I is not liable for damaged, lost or misdirected packages.

$6 delivery fee on orders below $60 OR outside the complimentary delivery zone offered strictly to St. John's & Mount Pearl.
$6 delivery fee to Bay Roberts, Carbonear, Harbour Grace.
Local deliveries generally occur 1-2 times per week (excluding weekends and holidays). Mama May I is not responsible for your order after it has been delivered and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Any returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Please contact Mama May I before making a return for "Return Authorization". To return any eligible items we require your name, item(s) being returned, reason for return and copy of receipt. Merchandise must be in original brand new condition, including intact tags and packaging, without the smell of smoke and free of pet hair and not soiled from use/trying an item on. Baby carriers, cloth diapers, feminine hygiene products and skin care items are not returnable.
- Local returns must be returned via Canada Post at customers expense (including tracking and the appropriate insurance) when "Return Authorization" is provided by Mama May I or delivered to our local pick-up location.
- Returns from outside Canada (USA & International) are not an option at this time. You can purchase but it will be a FINAL sale.
- Returns can be made within 14 days (minus the original shipping fee "Mama May I" charged or covered pending order amount) on unused, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging from the day you receive your order as confirmed by Canada Post tracking, the date of local delivery or the date of purchase for local order pick-ups. 15 days after your purchase but before 21 days, we offer exchanges for online store credit only. After 21 days, all sales are final with no returns, exchanges or credit available. Sale and clearance items are always final sale.
- All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee including cancelled orders. This covers our cost to ship, for gas to deliver, packaging, etc. This fee may be waived in some circumstances which can be identified when the "Return Authorization" is approved.
- All shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
- No returns or refunds on special order/pre-order items.
- No returns will be accepted on items marked "Clearance" or "Sale".
- No price adjustments on sale items.
- **Sweet Mama rewards cannot be used in conjunction with sale prices**
- If a package is returned to us due to error with address provided, the true cost of shipping will be charged to the account of the customer against the credit of the returned product. A re-stocking fee of 10% may also apply. We will re-send at the cost of the customer if requested.

Collection of Personal Information is limited to what is required under the circumstances and your information will only be used for the purpose of which it is collected.
Your Personal Information is kept confidential and secure and not disclosed to anyone outside of Mama May I without your consent, unless required by law.
